Cleaned and flushed drain line, checked electrical system, changed filters, 1- 20x25x4, 1- 20x20x4. I recommended the freeze protectors for each unit. It will keep the coil from freezing if the indoor blower fails and the condenser still runs it will freeze the coil. The coil cleanings are to keep the coils clean so you can breath easy in the home. Systems are working great at this time. Thanks for using air now.

Maintenance visit 1 of 2 Growth dust in blower wheel and coil, some on wires. Removing blower motor to clean wheel is an option, Installed UV system today. Added pan treatment per assurance plus plan Air filter replaced last week by homeowner. Cleared lots of debris from drain line Checked / cleaned all motors and areas within machine. Everything running like new. I recommend having a surge protector at the machine itself. It helps clean the dirty power when in line with a main surge system. Also prevents bad power from breaking the system. 5 year parts warranty on your system. It does not cover acts of god. Nice to see you again RJ

Found drain line backed up and needed to be cleared. Cleaned and flushed drain line. Checked system operation in heating and cooling delta 20. Changed filter supplied by customer. Found unit to be slightly low on refrigerant performed leak check and found no indication of leak in evaporator coil line said or condenser coil. Performed standing leak check pressure drop one psi over 30 minutes. Added 1 pound, refrigerant. Changed capacitor under warranty, and added start assist. Unit is working normally at this time.

Arrive to find system set to 74 and reading 77 in the home. Found further inspection found short in signal wiring. When testing system operation found motor module and condenser motor, intermittently turning on and off with a contactor engaged. Replaced motor with module cleared and flush drain line check system operation, delta 20. Changed filter supplied by customer. Ductwork supply and return different ages, ductwork supply hasn’t ever been updated. The return looks original. Recommend speaking with comfort adviser regarding ductwork solutions.

Also installed whole house air cleaner, kool guard,Uv system, & pan treatment A kool guard surge protection device will protect your system from under and over power surges including lightning strikes. Installing a Uv system in the. air handler will prevent the growth of mold from invading your system. Putting a pan treatment in place will prevent sludge from building up in the drain line. Found bad condenser motor and capacitor. Replaced today under parts only warranty, after May 18th, system will no longer have any manufacturer warranty. Also installing an ultraviolet light will kill all growth inside air handler that can’t be whipped out. It also will prevent growth from returning and spreading throughout the system and ductwork. Surge protection, and the hard start kit are functioning perfectly. Pulled a few vines out of the condensing unit jacket. They were not touching the coil itself however, keep an eye on the condenser once in a while to make sure nothing grows through the rocks and into the coil. Also recommend maintenance every six months, getting on the maintenance program at this point as we spoke would’ve saved you up to 20% and also any diagnostic fees moving forward. System is back up and running and back in new condition

Arrived to find fault 33 on the furnace which indicates defective blower or lose blower wheel, improperly sized ductwork, impacted coil or filter, ductwork restriction. Blower has a module, found evap coil impacted, not cleaned since it was installed. Ductwork is linked and straps breaking down. Many areas the ducts are at a 90 degree and kinked hanging on the rafters. Ductwork as old as the home Capacitor out of manufacture specifications. Contactor also showing signs of wear. There is no start assist or surge protection.

Arrived to find system 2 air handler operational. Mr Schwartz stated that the air handler was inoperative until just before arrival. Began testing the system to determine cause of the issue. Cycled the unit on/off several times and the blower operated normally. Spun the blower wheel manually and could hear a “ticking” noise from the motor. Removed the blower housing and control module to determine if there was an obvious issue with the motor bearings or windings, could not see anything abnormal. Re-installed the motor and tested with the front panel off and could hear the noise during operation. Went to York, picked up a factory motor, and replaced it. Manually spun and operated the motor, did not hear the noise again.

Service scheduled for Thursday March 02 at 10:00 AM. At approx. 10:00, I received a message informing me that the technician was on his way. At the very same time, I received a phone call from the office telling me that the technician was home sick and had not come to work that day. If he truly was home sick, why was I not told that at 8:00 AM so I could go about my day? Who sent me a message telling me he was on his way? The credibility of the service coordinators is not very good. Postponed service until the next day. Not impressed when it takes two days for a service call.
